Hiking in Carpathians
The Highest Romanian Peak – Moldoveanu – 2544 m can be hiked following the ridge path of Fagaraş Massif. Also, ascensions from South, directly on Moldoveanu Peak, takes you through very wild and spectacular places. Fagaraş is one of the largest widest massif in the Carpathian Mountains.
A mountain hiking tour on Fagaras Mountains can take from 5 days up to two weeks, but the minimum time in order to fully enjoy the tour is one week.
Accommodation is based on mountain huts and tents. Is highly recommended taking a mountain guide that take care of all problems, so you can enjoy your holidays.
