Climb Aragats Mount in Armenia

Aragats (4091 m. above the sea level) is the highest peak of Armenia and Transcaucasia. It is an ancient extinct volcano with 4 peaks and a beautiful crater.
There are two main routes to climb Aragats - ascending the Southern peak, which is the easiest one, and conquering the Northern, the highest peak, which will require a good physical fit and some mountaineering equipment.
From both you will see an awesome panorama of the Ararat valley and have a breathtaking view into the crater.
